Terms of use
These terms apply to anyone using Outfly Hub (hub.outfly.io), Outfly's internal intranet. By signing in, you agree to them.
1. Who can use it
The Hub is for invited members of the Outfly team only, signing in with their own @outfly.io Google account. Don't share your access or let anyone else use your session. Access ends when you leave Outfly or an admin removes it.
2. Using it properly
- Use the Hub for Outfly work and in line with our policies, including Conduct & Fairness and Data & Technology.
- Don't upload anything unlawful, offensive or confidential to a client unless you're allowed to, and never upload personal data that doesn't need to be there.
- Don't try to get around access controls, see data you're not meant to see, or disrupt the service.
3. Content
Content on the Hub belongs to Outfly or its licensors. What you add as part of your work, such as page edits, kudos, prompts and updates, is covered by your existing agreement with Outfly. Admins may edit, archive or remove any content.
4. Confidentiality
Everything on the Hub is confidential to Outfly unless it is clearly marked as public. Don't share it outside the team without permission.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the Hub running smoothly, but it's provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable or change. Policies on the Hub are a guide; where a signed contract or the law says otherwise, that takes priority. To the extent the law allows, Outfly isn't liable for losses caused by using or being unable to use the Hub.
6. Privacy
How we use personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will let the team know when we do. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions? Email tommy@outfly.io.
